Leadership is about behavior, not a position. Leadership - particularly for NGOs and international development organizations - is about inspiring people to live the mission and values of the organization. Successful leaders do not just tell people what to do; they empower people to make decisions that support the goals and vision of the organization and spark smarter solutions. 


Our job, as leadership coaches, is to bring out the best leader in you and/or your team. We design a customized program targeted to the goals you want to achieve.

Each program is unique, tailored to your priorities and the specific pattern of barriers and constraints that apply to you or your organization. We help you realize your full potential by acting as a resource, sounding board, and partner, providing unbiased feedback and asking questions that spark discussion, provoke thought, and inspire self-reflection.
