Cancellation Policy​

Clients must provide 24 hours advance notice to reschedule or cancel sessions. Beyond Limits Consulting reserves the right to charge for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule missed sessions based on availability.

Refund Policy:

Before Program Begins:

• Full refunds available if requested in writing before the first session

• Administrative fee of $50 applies to all pre-program cancellations

After Program Begins:

• No refunds for completed sessions

• Unused sessions may be rescheduled within 12 months of initial payment

• All unused sessions expire 12 months after initial payment

• Sessions may be transferred to another participant with advance notice

Individual Session Cancellations:

• Sessions cancelled with 24+ hours notice: Full credit for rescheduling

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice: $50 cancellation fee applies

 

Termination:

Either party may terminate the coaching agreement with 48 hours written notice. Payment is required for all completed sessions prior to termination.
