About Suzanne Silver

Suzanne has over 30 years of experience working in the UK and Asia specialising in Executive coaching, leadership and team development, and behavioural change. Suzanne has previously worked with multi-national organisations across Asia Pacific, supporting learning and development of a wide range of staff and cultures in business units across 22 countries. This has ranged from individual specialists to senior leaders, enhancing their impact with commercial businesses, customers as well as across governments.

Having worked across several industries, a major focus for Suzanne has been on coaching leaders through transformational change and organisational challenges. She has worked with numerous Senior Leadership Teams, developing cohesion, collectiveness, and team impact to transform organisational culture. She collaborates with clients to help them manage the challenges they encounter as they take on new roles and responsibilities. This is done through cultivating a deeper self-awareness of individual strengths and resourcefulness in the face of change, aiding clients in further developing self-confidence, resilience, and improved leadership skills.

Suzanne is a certified Executive Coach and is a member of ICF, EMCC, and the Asia Pacific Association of Coaches. Her qualification in Social Work, specialising in psychology and human development, forms the foundations for her approach.
